1. Do nos os pledges who did donation of pledge shall have to make refund claim, if he/she wish to, in unforeseen circumstances of unauthorized use of his account on creadit card or debit card or any mode of financial trasaction with in two day including date of transaction by writing transaction details to or HOTLIST email id (concordwf8@gmail.com)

2. In case of unauthorized use of fraud of your financial credential Donor crew shall not be responsible in any manner or a party in any court, except Providing the details of user in a limited manner, which is available with Donor crew.

3. In case of change of your mind to donate or pledge to Donate, you may cancel your contribution within two days including date of transaction, any request made after stipulated time shall not be entertained in any manner. To claim your cancellation of contribution or refund write to OUR HOT LIST mail id (rconcordwf8@gmail.com) by giving all the related transaction Information.

4. Donor crew reserve the rights to ask about your identy and any other related information asked by the banks orany legal body that come under the refund claim processing it shall be mandatory to claimant to provide details required in refund claim.

5. All re fund shall be refunded to the mode of transaction use in transaction.

6 Donor crew shall not provide any refund in cash or the different mode of transactions which is not used is the said transaction in any manner.

7. The Time frame of refund shall be to 5 to 7 days depending on various stakeholder involved in clearance like bank, payment gateway,aggregator,N.G.O.and N.P.O.
